Wrapmate is looking for a Project Manager.

• At Wrapmate, we want to provide the best customer experience for getting a vehicle wrap. You would help manage customer vehicle projects by working with our Pro Network.

Here’s what you can expect:

• You’ll work cross-functionally with other team members to ensure the successful completion of a project
• You’ll be an advocate for both customers and Pros alike and work towards increasing customer and Pro satisfaction.
• You’ll work to manage Pro and customer expectations as well as company profit goals
• You’ll help evolve our Project Management process by thinking through ways we can improve communication between parties and within our team

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is hyper organized
• Is able to multi-task
• Is able to manage customer relationships and Pro relationships
• Negotiates with Pros to meet profitability and quality goals

You have:

• A strong desire to learn new skills.
• A natural ability to negotiate
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• strong computer skills utilizing Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and CRM software.

What type of experience we are looking for -

• Project coordination experience (must have)
• Accounts Payable experience (must have)
• Automotive industry experience (nice to have)
• Vehicle Graphics experience (nice to have)

Compensation:

• Base salary commensurate with experience
• Salary Range $65,000-$75,000
• Potential for Stock Options
