Job Duties:
- Design and develop innovative, engaging, and effective learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and workshops, with key focus compliance and operations.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
- Develop and deliver mandatory compliance training, including instructor led, e-learning, and workshops.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Participate in training activities to increase personal skills levels and improve overall delivery of learning and development.
- Promote and advance the learning culture throughout the company.
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs, and peers.
- Develop and update training resources, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, multimedia presentations, and online learning resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Manage and maintain the organization's learning management system.
- Make recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
- Passion for developing and supporting people with a strong Customer Service mindset.
- Familiarity with various learning methodologies, such as ADDIE, blended learning and microlearning.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
- Experience with learning analytics and data analysis to measure training effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify training needs, evaluate learning outcomes, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- BS/AS Degree or applicable professional experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Ideal candidate will have
- Experience or exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Experience in managing or coordinating L&D content development projects.
- Experience or exposure to Instructional Design.
- Litmos LMS experience a plus.
- Training Certifications such as ATD a plus.
