Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you're not just a cog in the machine; you're the heartbeat of our customer success organization. You'll utilize our innovative software platform to accurately ingest and export business documents, directly contributing to our clients' ability to meet key business objectives. Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Analyst, or a similar role. Experience in a SaaS or technology company would be a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of other data management software would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to consistently high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and courteous interactions with both internal teams and clients.
  • Solid customer service skills, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, dependability, and reliability.
  • Flexible in terms of work schedule, including the ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating effective multitasking and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates the core Ombud values of Hunger, Integrity, Growth Mindset, and Accountability in all tasks and interactions.
  • Willingness and ability to be onsite for a minimum of 4 days per week.
  • Must maintain data confidentiality and comply with data security regulations as per the company policy.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education or a degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
  • Any professional certifications related to data management or customer service would be beneficial.
