- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Analyst, or a similar role. Experience in a SaaS or technology company would be a plus.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of other data management software would be beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to consistently high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and courteous interactions with both internal teams and clients.
- Solid customer service skills, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, dependability, and reliability.
- Flexible in terms of work schedule, including the ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating effective multitasking and time management skills.

- Willingness and ability to be onsite for a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Must maintain data confidentiality and comply with data security regulations as per the company policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education or a degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
- Any professional certifications related to data management or customer service would be beneficial.

Compensation Range: $20/hour starting
