What you’ll do on the team
As a Senior SAP SD/OTC Consultant you will be a member of Avvales Application Managed Services team supporting clients SAP Systems and collaborating with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. You will uncover new opportunities for innovation by bringing deep functional and technical expertise and guiding clients to solutions that realize their full business potential.
You will be responsible for:

You will work autonomously with the client and lead the presentation of standard SAP process flows, system demonstrations, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement to further support the clients evolving business process

Provide ongoing support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) systems, test new functionality based on the requirements collected

You will be a trusted advisor by challenging assumptions, bringing up to date research, and original ideas that look beyond the obvious first answers, present pros and cons with supporting data to ensure Avvales application Managed Services is adding value and providing the best end-user experience

Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Distribution with a focus on Sales and Distribution/Order to Cash

You lead by example and serve as a mentor in the team by following best practices like thorough business process documentation and client requirements. The relationships you develop will allow you to identify and recommend talented team members for future roles.

Your ability to communicate will build trust and enhance the relationship with the client. This will allow you to have tactful conversations that drive the innovation they are seeking. This will require you to direct tasks and work with varying levels of individuals, including managers, business owners and technical counterparts
What you’ll bring to the team
-
Due to the nature of the work, you will be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder

You will bring a minimum of five years’ experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) and its integration with other SAP Modules.

In addition to strong production support experience you will also have two end-to-end SAP SD/OTC implementations, including hands-on design, configuration and testing

You will have deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) configuration and design elements

You will have experience gathering requirements specific to Sales Order Processing, Availability Check, Delivery Processing, Billing, Payment Processing, Credit Management, Invoicing, Delivery, Billing and customer database

Your experience allows you to operate in a fast-paced production support environment

S4HANA experience preferred

Base salary range: 90k - 135k
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
