What you’ll do on the team

As a Senior SAP Order to Cash Consultant, you will be a member of Avvales Intelligent Enterprise team responsible for all greenfield and brownfield S4HANA implementations. You will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies and participate in gathering requirements, designing, providing guidance on recommendations.

You will be responsible for:

• Work with business users to gather requirements specific to Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Returns Management, Pricing, Rebates and Outputs

• Lead requirements gathering workshops – presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customers’ business process.

• Lead demonstrations of S4HANA on-prem and S4HANA Cloud functionality

• Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide on-going support based on requirements collected.

• Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business

• Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution with a focus on Sales.

• Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Order to Cash area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

• Develop and/or modify End User Training Documentation

What you’ll bring to the team

• 10+ years’ SAP Functional experience in SAP Order to Cash processes – including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.

• 4+ end-to-end S4HANA SAP Order to Cash implementations, including hands-on design and configuration experience

• Experience with design, configuration and testing for core OTC / SD components

• CVI experience preferred

• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members

Base salary range: 90-135k

- Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
