What you’ll do on the team

As a Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant you will be a member of Avvale's Application Managed Services team supporting clients SAP Systems and collaborating with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. You will uncover new opportunities for innovation by bringing deep functional and technical expertise and guiding clients to solutions that realize their full business potential.

You will be responsible for:

• At times, you will work autonomously with the client and lead the presentation of standard SAP process flows, system demonstrations, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement to further support the clients evolving business process

• Provide ongoing support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems, test new functionality based on the requirements collected

• Research and document current business processes and provide creative improvement recommendations

• You lead by example by following best practices like thorough business process documentation and client requirements.

• Your ability to communicate will build trust and enhance the relationship with the client and your colleagues. At times you may direct tasks of other resources to resolve an issue or complete a deliverable

What you’ll bring to the team

• You will need to be fluent in English

• You will bring a minimum of 5 years experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), specifically in the areas of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration and its integration with other SAP Modules.

• In addition to SAP EWM you will have a minimum 3 years of experience in ECC Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM)

• You will have a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementation in SAP EWM, with responsibilities for the design of the implementation, requirements gathering and customizations

• You will have experience debugging ABAP, reading and writing basic ABAP and deep understanding of the SAP technical modules

• You will have experience successfully working with all levels of management bringing solutions for technical and business issues

• Your experience allows you to operate in a fast-paced production support environment

• Need to have good understanding of EWM/MM integration scenarios

• Nice to have: Prior ABAP Development experience
