The Job

For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Team Lead Growth Marketing (Partnerships & Offline). Working in our Marketing Team, you will take a leading role in improving on the current and future business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for leading a team of growth managers to identify and drive high impact marketing initiatives that will scale our overall topline and step change how we grow our local channels and incremental revenue streams.

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Director of Growth and Marketing Strategy.

You will…

  • Lead and develop a team of high performing growth and sales managers with a strong managerial focus on direction, structure, feedback and coaching
  • Overlook the long term growth and profitability strategy of our locally owned channels such as parcel inserts, sales, product sampling, podcast and revenue
  • Ideate, prioritize, execute and report on growth initiatives in close partnership with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to maximize the full potential of these partnerships
  • Co-shape the marketing strategy working with local and global management teams by surfacing new learnings, implement best practices, implementing creative initiatives
  • Assist on cross-departmental strategic growth projects
  • Be responsible for the budgets and KPI setting across your channel portfolio in order to drive both growth and profitability
  • Utilize a data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our local growth channels
  • Maximize revenue across channels such as B2B, product sampling and in-box marketing

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Consulting or similar
  • Experience in managing an agile team of highly engaged talents
  • Experience in working with marketing channels and steering on marketing KPIs
  • A commercial and data driven mindset with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Persistence and bias-to-action with a track record of performance
  • Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior stakeholders
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar quantitative discipline
  • Fluency in English. Nordic language capabilities not required
