You will…
- Manage a growing team of full-time and part-time, hourly registered dietitians
- Set the weekly staff schedule and track daily time and attendance
- Monitor staffing levels and hiring projections
- Onboard and train staff members and maintain up-to-date training materials
- Develop and maintain individual and team KPIs
- Document and monitor employee performance of email and call interactions
- Identify areas of improvement based on individual employee performance, develop and execute improvement plans, and monitor and evaluate outcomes
- Serve as main point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring a positive resolution occurs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all platforms used and complete nutrition coaching sessions with customers as needed
- Lead team meetings to inspire best-in-class service, promote team building, and ensure staff members are educated on the latest nutrition research and tends
- Foster the communication of Factor’s nutrition philosophy to the customer through team education and content creation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition coaching tools and tactics
- Support the nutrition team with weekly data-entry tasks
- Lead special projects

At a minimum, you have…
- Registered Dietitian credentials
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university
- Previous supervisor experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Basic G Suite skills required (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
