We are hiring a Sr Planner for our new FSQ Labor Planning team. This role will lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities for FSQ teams across three models, four brands, and ~9 locations. This individual will lead, support, and execute on opportunities to improve the planning process and reduce spend. This role will build and maintain relationships with FSQ, operations, planning, and HR. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and rolls up their sleeves to get to the best solution.

Forecast labor planning needs, taking into account forecast volume, productivity and staffing assumptions
Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of Labor Forecasting tools
Lead weekly meeting with FSQ, HR and Operations across all sites to drive labor demand consensus, identifying all relevant assumptions (Labor S&OP).
Communicate rolling 6 weeks labor forecast at weekly basis
Assess risks and come up with solutions to mitigate risks
Generate reports, tracking labor planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities and do improvements
Provide updates to company leaders when necessary
Uphold a high standard of customer service through real-time monitoring and other methods
You are / have ...
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain is preferred
2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning is preferred
Effective communication skills
Experience with, and ability to lead S&OP meetings
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
Entrepreneurial, self-directed and resourceful. You thrive in a highly dynamic and unstructured environment but understand the value of adding structure and process. You don’t require a lot of direction.
