About The Team and The Role:
We are starting our HR transformation at HelloFresh in the UK and are going to implement a new operating model. We are looking for a HR Coordinator to supercharge our efficiency and effectiveness at the Fresh Farm (our London office). You’ll be part of the People team that makes HelloFresh such a great place to work. Reporting to our HR Lead, you’ll provide generalist administrative support on all people related matters. You don’t need a bunch of HR experience, but should have a high attention to detail, eagerness to learn and a passion for employee experience. This is currently at 6 month fixed term contract with potential for it to be extended or go permanent.

What You Will Be Doing:


● Champion the onboarding process and host our Onboarding Workshop
● Be the first point of contact for new joiners, making them feel welcome and excited to have joined HelloFresh

● Oversee the offboarding process from resignation stage
● Draft leaver letters and input leaver data into the HRIS with high attention to detail

● Administrate employee benefit applications (cycle to work, private medical insurance, employee discount codes)
● Work with the Internal Comms team to promote our benefits to employees

Generalist HR:
● Draft letters (contractual changes, internal offers and references) and process invoices
● Provide administrative support for our annual pay review cycle and associated data changes

Who You Are:

● Previous experience in an administrative role
● Very high attention to detail, you take pride in your work
● You love following/creating standardised processes and continuously look for ways to improve them
● You act as a strong role model and brand ambassador who is passionate about our DNA values
● Able to deliver at pace and demonstrate excellent prioritisation skills
● Confident with the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (desirable)
● Degree in Human Resources management (desirable)
● Experience of working with HR related systems (desirable)

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

Work Schedule: Hybrid working needing to be in the office 2 days. Flexible working hours of either 8-5 or 9-6 (40 hours working week)
