About The Team:

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join an exciting and high-performing team on our Banbury site A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make a difference to the site's stock accuracy and waste reduction.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Improvements to current tools and processes for Inbound and waste management
• Develop Supplier and Buyer relationships to drive down waste in like with OKRs
• Super user of our inhouse systems Matflo and ICS
• Daily/ Weekly Shorts/ Subs review looking for Supplier and ingredient trends and waste analysis identifying root cause and trends in SKUs working closing with SCO
• Responsible for weekly error review and recategorization
• To be the point of escalation for the Inventory Co-Ordinator's and wider Inventory Team
• Support with the Goods In and Goods out planning daily with a view to improve this
• Reacting to changes and problem solving quickly and effectively to minimise disruption

Who You Are:

• Previous management experience
• Experience working in FMCG/ Food production role is favorable
• Intermediate level of Excel use
• Knowledge and experience of SQDCP and Google sheets/excel
• Able to show examples of managing a high performance team
• Someone who can breakdown a problem, understand the root cause and implement a solution that addresses these root causes
