The role

HelloFresh is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics Team. You will conduct a wide range of analyses through our entire Procurement & SCM value chain, including: supplier and market analyses, management of pricing forecast and budgeting processes, up to the creation of process adherence insights for our operational workflows.

What you’ll do

• Manage the budgeting process, including defining the process, monitoring spend, engineer the required modeling and collecting required data.
• Define and implement KPIs and dashboards to track process adherence
• Support in defining, calculating, visualizing and optimizing performance metrics for SCM and Procurement.
• Conduct ad-hoc process adherence audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process changes as needed.
• Conduct market intelligence research and analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential risks, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Coordinate definitions and content for monthly/quarterly business review session for teams across procurement and supply chain

What you’ll bring

• A few years of experience in a near-analytical role within Procurement, Supply Chain or Fulfillment
• Excellent knowledge of GSheets, Excel and GSlides
• Good command of SQL
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
• Proven track record of impactful analyses and/or modeling
• Dynamic, results-oriented attitude
• Fast learner with new technology and easily adapts to different tech systems
• Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Excellent collaboration, self-management and communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving availability
