About The Team:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Leader (12-14 months maternity cover) who will be responsible for setting up a Talent Center of Excellence and design & implementation of a talent strategy. They will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders across all HF UK locations.
As a People Manager with a responsibility for Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Early Careers Programmes, Rewards and Analytics you will ensure deliverables are appropriately assigned and managed across your team members for business success. You will further ensure you are providing your team with the clarity, development coaching and proactive management to ensure they succeed both as individuals and as a team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as a strategic business partner and adviser on all talent related matters which include onboarding, L&D, talent reviews & succession planning, performance management, career development, early careers programmes and rewards & analytics.
- Proactively use data to address or generate valuable insights and solutions
- Facilitate the Talent Review process across all levels of the business
- Coordinate the annual performance management cycle
- Design, develop, and deliver a L&D roadmap that meets the short, medium, and long-term objectives of the business
- Ensure that the L&D offering is visible, understood, and valued in all areas of the organisation.
- Design, develop, deliver, manage and evaluate an early careers programmes (graduates, internship, apprenticeship), to support the business in attracting and growing our future talent pool
- Acts as a consultative partner to managers and human resources on a range of issues regarding compensation and benefits.
- In partnership with the Global Compensation team leads the core cyclical reward activities
- Develop new reward and benefit offerings to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Ensure culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the Talent function to ensure processes and practices are continually evaluated, adapted, and improved upon.
- Manage a team of Talent Management professionals; build a high performing team through recruiting, hiring, coaching, motivation, recognition, self-development, and support of career development.
- As a participant in the People Leadership Team, play an integral role in steering the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the People Function. Contribute to the design and execution of our people strategy,
- Serve as a strong cross functional partner to other People function teams to jointly identify and create solutions
- Share knowledge and awareness of market trends and best practices to adopt and implement to build efficient practices within the team and organisation
- Serve as an ambassador of HF DNA and values for the team
Who You Are:
- Extensive Talent Management-related experience in a senior role, and strong expertise in the development of talent programs.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- A commercial, business-oriented approach to Talent initiatives. Strong influencing skills
- Strong expertise in leadership and management development programs - from concept through delivery.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Agile thinker who is able to lead in a fast-paced / rapidly-changing environment
- Analytical thinker who is able to offer multiple data-driven solutions for complex problems
- Bachelors or Masters degree, relevant field of study is a plus
- Fluent in English

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London or one of our 3 other sites across the midlands - Nuneaton, Banbury or Derby.
Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
