Job Description

The Associate Director of Growth is a driven, strategically and commercially minded person with strong problem solving and communication skills who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, and based in our Chippendale campus, Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by working on high impact projects across the organisation.

You will…

  • Lead a team of high performing Growth and Channel Managers across Commercial Partnerships online and offline channels, Revenue (incl. Sampling and recipe sponsorships/integrations) and Influencer channels across AU and NZ
  • Develop the long term strategy for the above channels by researching market trends, analysing data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support in shaping the Online Marketing performance channel strategy (SEA, Native, Display, Paid Social etc) working with global stakeholders to: surface new learnings, implement best practices, define discount and creative initiatives and support in forecasting and performance tracking
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with high value brands, partners and agencies to maximise the full potential of these partnerships
  • Run deep dive analysis across marketing channels to prioritise and drive the implementation of the most promising performance improvement opportunities
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with local and global growth teams, identifying opportunities for growth and problems to solve

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Growth Marketing, eCommerce, FMCG, Business Development or Investment Banking
  • Experience in coaching others, and managing a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a logical way of working; you are able to break down problems to their root cause in a systematic way
  • Interest in growth marketing strategy and the marketing channels that can help to achieve scale
