Product Owner - Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is at the core of our business. In order to deliver its delicious food, HelloFresh relies on efficient and convenient SCM Tech solutions. We manage contracts with our suppliers, place orders, control the receipt of goods, handle inventory, keep track of the box labeling and production and keep a close connection with different areas of the company, from Finance to Operations. We are looking for our next product pioneer in supply chain technology. As a Product Owner within the SCM Tech Alliance, you’ll join a cross-functional team building products and features that ensure scalability and efficiency of our global Supply Chain Technology. You will manage complex projects that impact other departments and position yourself as an expert in your domain for the other teams.

You will ...

• Work with a tribe of engineers and fellow product owners
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholder understand the business challneges, ensure we have a set of features that solve these, and own deliverability and usability of our products and features
• Take a data-driven approach to initiate deep-dive analysis in order to evaluate and measure new and existing product features
• Formulate product strategies and identify opportunities and improvements in existing processes and tooling in order to contribute to the SCM technology roadmap
• Break down complex requirements into Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and prioritize accordingly, building a backlog for a brand new squad
• Support the end-user testing of new features in order to facilitate the roll-out
• Deliver consistently and iterate fast while measuring progress through KPIs and relevant metrics

• You can demonstrate the ability to manage technical products from inception to launch in collaboration of team of engineers and other product owners
• You have a problem solving mind and you are obsessed with simplicity and scalability
• You are a skilled communicator: can distill complex ideas to make them universally understandable, have attention to detail and and capable of adapting communication to different stakeholder levels
• You use both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
• Ability to document processes, write technical requirements and develop business models
• Demonstrated aptitude to adapt to a fast-moving and constantly evolving environment, and being able to effectively prioritize multiple requests
• Willing to travel to multiple site locations
• Experience with supply chain processes is a plus
