Job Description:

Factor_ a brand of Hellofresh is seeking a Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager will develop and own the D2C and retail product marketing strategy for Factor. A core element of this role will be identifying our go-to-market strategy for our menu expansion (e.g., new preferences, seasonal offerings, holiday boxes). You will work closely with our Product and Growth Marketing team to ensure we best position our product offering for new and existing cusomers. This person must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, helping identify and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, leading to incremental revenue.

You will...

  • Develop and own the product marketing strategy for Factor’s weekly menu offering and new product launches
  • Map out the user journey, gather user insights, and identify new customer needs to focus on both the product and growth marketing roadmaps
  • Serve as one of the main collaborators between the Growth Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Product teams
  • Identify the target audience and develop the product positioning for new product launches
  • You'll operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Tech, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, and Growth Marketing to improve the user experience and drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and align online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners and the broader growth marketing team
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify new growth opportunities and product differentiation
  • Create product marketing goals, and analyze campaign performance
  • Serve as a key collaborator between the Product and Marketing organizations

At a minimum, you have…

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in e-Commerce, CPG, or Tech
  • Experience in developing holistic data-driven marketing strategies, identifying the ideal media channel mix and messaging to reach your target audience
  • Expertise in researching and identifying relevant customer pain points and solutions and knowing how to translate these insights into product positioning and impactful campaigns
  • Experience in collaborating with online marketing stakeholders, focusing on paid social, display advertising, and search engine marketing to drive conversions
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
  • You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
  • Strong interest in staying on top of industry trends and translating them into actionable steps and insights for an audience of cross-functional stakeholders
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree
