We’re now looking to onboard a Product Associate to join us at offices in the heart of Dublin as we scale our presence in the Irish market.

What You’ll Do in this Role:

• Play a leading role driving our Recipe Box product strategy for the Irish market
• Work closely with the Culinary, Marketing, Operations and tech teams to shape and optimise our product offering for Irish customers
• Lead analyses of customer feedback, using big data to drive recommendations, build out product strategies and give guidance on recipe development
• Own the tracking of key metrics, provide analytical support and design, build and improve product development processes
• Collaborate with local and global teams, leveraging their knowledge and experience to drive initiatives and then present on these findings to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting / analytics / business intelligence or a similar area with experience in a high growth company or start-up preferred
• Passion for food (with a culinary background an additional plus!)
• You are proactive and ambitious with a bias for getting things done
• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset, with experience in using tools such as Google Sheets / Excels, Tableau etc. to drive data analysis
• You enjoy designing and implementing new customer experiences in a fast paced environment
• Eagerness to be part of a dynamic team where the learning never stops
• Finally, you have a minimum Bachelor's Degree with preference (but not requirement) for Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering
