The role

For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a Data Analyst who can support the Irish market.

As the Irish Data Analyst, you will be part of our Data function reporting into the Head of Finance & Data. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability of successfully applying data & business analysis, looking to join an exciting Company with huge personal growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Data Collection and Management: Gathering, organizing, and reviewing data from various sources;
• Data Analysis and Insights: Conducting thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data. You'll be using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to generate actionable insights and help the company make informed decisions;
• Business Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and communicating on the key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's performance across the different business units;
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Creating visually engaging and informative dashboards and reports for stakeholders, including local SLT, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Review current Data infrastructure setups, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary;
• Work with the wider team to build and develop workflow tools and processes across the organization;
• Independently drive improvement projects to provide actionable insights & recommendations to relevant stakeholders;
• Work closely with our operational teams to understand needs and requirements, and coordinate with our global teams to understand and use best practices from other markets.

What you’ll bring

• Strong analytical mindset with a desire to problem solve and implement process improvements;
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and clearly communicate data insights;
• 2+ years of industry experience in Data;
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis. Familiarity with SQL for database querying is important. Knowledge of data visualization such as Tableau is hugely beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-sheets with experience working with high volumes of data;
• The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment;
• Positive "can-do" attitude and team player;
• Fluent in English.
