About The Team:
As HelloFresh continues to grow, so does our need for new system and processes within the Operation to maximize capacity at our production sites, increase the flexibility and efficiency of our operations and enable new products to reflect the needs of our customers. These are the main responsibilities of the Operational Excellence Team and ultimately will be what you will be expected to help deliver from day one in your new role.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and support Yellow Belt projects to execute identified opportunities whilst proactively updating key stakeholders at all levels of the business on project progress and identified risks/escalations
- Design, monitor and report on project related KPIs, whilst adapting them to appropriately to achieve business goals
- Collaborate internally and with other departments, at all levels, to identify and resolve issues, share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation
- Identify key stakeholders, build and maintain strong working relationships to support project delivery
- Coach, develop & support team members to build capability, and create robust development plans for individuals and the team. Provide the necessary support and training to upskill each individual and enable them to deliver their projects to the highest standard. Provide guidance on tasks/projects, unblock blockers and escalate issues presented by team members. Set clear expectations and targets, monitor and manage team and individual performance against those criteria
- Develop and execute Operational Excellence site strategies that are aligned with the wider business KPIs. Work strategically to allocate resources efficiently within the team. Ensure work streams are delivering tangible benefits to the business
Who You Are:
- Process Engineering experience and can demonstrate examples of contributing to a Project from beginning to end
- Knowledge of process documentation and mapping with strong communication skills
- Experience of Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse operations would be an advantage but not necessary;
- Knowledge of Lean and/or 6 sigma and continuous improvement tools would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and to clearly defined deadlines

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
