HelloFresh’s Business Intelligence team aims to steer the business through robust and insights-driven data analytics, in order to steer decision-making and overall, improve the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow YouFoodz, a leading HelloFresh brand focused on serving ready-to-eat meals across Australia.
We are looking for a passionate analyst who will own the Youfoodz forecast in Australia -- from high level budgeting, to determining the number of customer orders, to the number of carrots we need to order. All forecast data, analytics and operations required by the wider business will come from you. This individual will also have the opportunity to work on exciting forecast projects that support our entire HelloFresh ANZ group of brands -- HelloFresh Australia, HelloFresh New Zealand, and EveryPlate Australia, in addition to YouFoodz.
We are looking for a self-motivated and intellectually-curious individual, with a keen interest in using data analytics to understand and forecast customer behavior. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both diving deep into data to identify trends, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. In addition to this, you will champion and role model HelloFresh’s DNA.
You will….
Own the end-to-end forecast across analytics, process, projects and stakeholder management
Create actionable forecasting insights and models to improve forecasting accuracy and understanding of customer behaviour (e.g., recipe selections, pause behaviours, etc.)
Advance existing forecast models to reflect an increasingly complex product offering
Be confident in communicating forecast assumptions to non-technical audiences
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across markets (New Zealand, Australia, Berlin, London) and across various supply chain and product initiatives
Build dashboards, reporting and visualizations to ensure regular tracking of performance
Promote forecast data literacy and enabling stakeholders to better understand and own the forecast, including training materials and cross-functional collaboration
You have…
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
1-2 years prior work experience in a relevant Analytical role (e.g. Analyst)
Data-driven, solid analytical and quantitative thinking with a logical approach
Detail-oriented, inherent drive to seek new information and explore topics in-depth
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong stakeholder management
Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a willingness and curiosity to learn new data analytical languages and skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Python. Proficiency in Tableau is a plus but not required.

Duration: Permanent role. You must have the right to work full-time in New Zealand.
