We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst in our EverCommerce Payment Solutions business.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to a high-performance, software and payments, revenue operations function including the sales reporting, financial analysis, modeling, management of sales processes, key performance metrics, billing, administration of platforms (i.e. SalesForce and SalesLoft).
Work cross functionally with Customer Facing Teams (CFTs) to understand and refine process, drive continuous operational improvement, contribute to development and implementation, and automating manual processes where appropriate.
Ensure the accuracy of billing reports and metrics and use the information to drive productivity and accuracy of the billing teams.
Build and grow cross-functional relationships with senior leadership, product managers and operational personnel to collaboratively work together to resolve month end issues and improve process efficiencies.
Maintain strong internal (including cross functional) and external customer relationships to ensure the immediate resolution of problems as well as be responsive to future needs.
Assist with the preparation of reporting used for month-end close/revenue recognition purposes; work closely with Revenue Accounting and FP&A teams to resolve forecasting and revenue recognition issues as they arise.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
3+ years of relevant revenue operations experience; experience in payments and software also necessary
Focused attention to detail and very strong written and oral communication skills
Embrace change and continuous improvement
Proven organizational, time management, project management, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems while meeting deadlines
Flexible, adaptable, and able to stay focused and positive in a constantly changing environment
Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States- if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $60K - $75K per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
