We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth to focus on our Invoice Simple brand. Invoice Simple is a SAAS platform which enables freelancers and contractors to invoice their customers easily and get paid on time. Over the years we’ve supported hundreds of thousands of delighted customers using our highly rated iOS and Android apps and our website. Our customers are contractors, freelancers, owner-operators, creatives, and other small business owners. We help them save time, stay organized and look professional.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced growth product manager with 5+ years of experience behind you. You dig deep and come up with product experiments focused on improving the customer funnel. You take pride in defining the product’s growth direction and have proven mastery in analytics/AB testing tools like Amplitude, Segment, Optimizely etc. Always learning, you're excited about your side project in which you try out new techniques and technologies.


As a Senior Product Manager - Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our products. You will be at the forefront of driving growth of our products by strategically shaping pricing and packaging and crafting customer acquisition plans. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market demands and drive business success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives.

  • Develop and execute product growth roadmap, including user acquisition, onboarding & retention strategies.

  • Hyper-focus on customer acquisition funnels, driving CRO improvements through A/B experiments to target ICPs

  • Play a leading role in an integrated cross-functional team of designers, developers and marketers to generate innovative ideas and execute them.

  • Work closely with marketing to develop customer acquisition strategies, including organic growth channels, partnerships, and paid advertising.

  • Partner with marketing to define target customer segments, acquisition goals and user behavior data to refine/improve acquisition strategy.

  • Define and execute pricing & packaging strategies: analyze customer segments and feedback to create tailored pricing and packaging options.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in growth and product management.

  • Act as a champion for the user, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development decisions.

  • Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Smart and curious, data-driven, and you love to ask questions.

  • 5+ years of SaaS and/or mobile and/or e-commerce/digital payment product management experience

  • Production experience working with massively-adopted (100k+ users) mobile applications

  • Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager or in a similar role

  • Bias for action and a strong test & iterate approach focused on driving usage and revenue growth.

  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation and cohort analysis.

  • You are customer obsessed and passionate about discovering and understanding customer insights.

  • Solid business analysis skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with payments products, invoicing, fintech, SMB SaaS

  • You can generate quantitative insights both by yourself leveraging a BI tool (like Looker, Amplitude, or pure SQL) and by working closely with product analytics team

  • Working with Startups / fast-moving teams


The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
