We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to focus on our Global Fitness Solutions. The Global Fitness solutions team offers tailored, integrated software solutions to big box franchise gyms, boutique fitness studios, and dance, gymnastics, and martial arts facilities. We empower our customers to increase efficiencies for back-office operations and wow guests in-person and remotely.
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing projects while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with the company and team’s goals. The ideal candidate will have significant HubSpot experience and an interest in marketing automation. The Marketing Coordinator must be highly organized, a strong copyeditor, and team player, willing to jump in and tackle projects as needed to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
Build email, landing pages, forms and other digital assets for workflows and email promotions and report on results.
Manage the HubSpot accounts for ClubWise and Club OS and collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure proper integration with Salesforce.
Update pipeline reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Assess and analyze effectiveness of ongoing workflows and new email campaigns, and make suggestions to iterate based on data.
Support data hygiene in HubSpot and Salesforce, including prepping lists for import
Assist in the collaboration with the Social Media team to provide edits and input on the monthly calendar
Assist in coordinating events for the North American Fitness brands
Assist with Marketing projects and initiatives as needed to support the Fitness Solutions team’s objectives and goals.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
HubSpot experience is required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written a must
Ability to adapt to change and have a positive attitude
Prior experience in the development, execution and reporting on marketing campaigns
Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
Proficient project management and presentation skills
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $60,000-70,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
