We are looking for a Product Manager for EverCommerce Payment Solutions.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and creating solutions that simplify the lives of business partners, developers, and their customers. You have years of experience working with integrated payment solutions, analyzing customer needs and working with the line of business. You take an API first approach to solving problems and can articulate partner and developer needs into end points, workflows, and documentation. You will work cross functionally to ensure our solutions are easy-to-use, intuitive, and meet the needs of our partners and developers. You're someone who values building trust and rapport with the people you work with and recognizes its effect on your success.
In addition to the primary, commercial product role as defined above, you have expert experience breaking down high-level initiatives and solution requirements into detailed features for execution by delivery teams. You are naturally curious with a passion for solving real customer problems. In addition to payments experience, you have a proven track record of delivering API and SAAS solutions to the market. You utilize all data available to make informed and calculated decisions. You have an in-depth industry knowledge of payments-as-a-service and experience delivering solutions to simplify the lives of small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities:
Execute the product vision by managing the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives to achieve business objectives based on supporting data
Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.
Serve as a product owner for multiple agile engineering teams and interact with them daily to create solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Clearly and regularly communicate the product requirements, vision, and priorities to engineers and stakeholders.
Regularly groom the product backlog, ensuring that all user stories are well defined and prioritized.
Frequently communicate with customers and external teams to understand their needs, problems, and opportunities and turn that information into actionable product growth plans.
Conduct product research; establishing and maintaining competitive intelligence and various market analysis
Partner with product marketing to develop campaigns to drive product adoption and utilization for new and existing features.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivery, or related experience in software development and/or solution engineering
BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field
You've worked at a startup or at a fast-paced small company
Experience in the payments industry working with integrated solutions and APIs
Product experience owning web SAAS and mobile app products
Experience using data to drive decisions
Experience with Agile methodologies as a product owner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and a driven contributor who gets things done
Well organized and detail-oriented
Deep knowledge of and experience applying product management best practices
Not afraid to make decisions with limited information
Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly consumer products
Deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses
Bonus skills:
Product experience building and productizing APIs and integration tools for external partners and developers
Deep understanding of payment processing and payments industry
Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of service-based businesses
Product management / scrum certifications
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
We are remote friendly, but the ideal candidate is based in Mountain time zone with the ability to travel to Denver offices for occasional team events.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
