We are looking for a Sr. Paid Media Manager to focus on our Performance Marketing Brands. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns. We specialize in paid media, including search, social, programmatic, and other channels.

As the Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and implement results-driven strategies that generate high-quality leads and meet or exceed performance goals.

We work in a matrixed organization where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue operation owners, product and sales leaders, individual contributors, and clients to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms for multiple clients, focusing on lead generation and delivering positive ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, ad group structuring, and ongoing campaign management to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, SEO, content, and creative teams, to develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting, demonstrating campaign success and areas for improvement.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to provide strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive edge for our clients.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing.

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications are highly desired.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytical tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Experience in Full Life Cycle marketing

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results within budget constraints.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
