We are looking for a Senior CRO Analyst to join our Global Demand team. The Global Demand team is part of EverCommerce’s centralized marketing team. The Global Demand is made up of experts from all areas of the modern marketing landscape. As a central team, Global Demand supports the marketing efforts of all EverCommerce solution organizations.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Web Development on the Global Demand team. You will be responsible for intaking, identifying, scoping, scheduling, implementing, and reporting on A/B and multi-variant tests across a portion of our web properties. You will use your existing CRO experience and knowledge to build the foundations of the CRO practice area at EverCommerce including developing processes, best practices, and KPIs. You will work closely with marketing, design, UX, and development team members to improve conversion rates of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Running quantitative and qualitative research on EverCommerce solution organization websites and web properties

  • Providing analysis on user behavior, website trends and performance

  • Planning and prioritizing A/B and multivariable testing strategies

  • Analysing and evaluating tests, reporting on results and providing recommendations

  • Developing and improve web analytics capability in conjunction with development and digital marketing teams

  • Working in collaboration with multiple teams throughout the business to achieve your goals

  • Communicating testing results and recommendations to deliver on key metrics and KPIs through continuous website testing and user experience improvements

  • Developing and documenting best practices and processes

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing Strategy/CRO roles

  • Previous experience in CRO tools such as Optimizely, Maxymiser; VWO experience a plus

  • Previous experience in Web Analytics tools such as Google Universal Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics; Heap Analytics experience a plus

  • An understanding of various methods for visualizing analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed by less technical staff

  • Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations

  • Knowledge of and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up inoffice or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
