We are looking for a Tax Analyst to join our Global Tax Function. The Tax Analyst will support the Senior Tax Manager and VP, Tax with Federal, State & Local, and International tax matters with a focus on sales & use tax and accounting for taxes.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments in support of compliance and tax filings

• Reconcile reports and data with the GL to ensure timely tax reporting by third-party vendor

• Prepare and file miscellaneous indirect tax returns as needed

• Work with third-party vendors in responding to tax notices

• Prepare monthly tax account reconciliations

• Registration of new tax accounts

• Provide federal, state, and foreign audit support

• Other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Highly organized and thorough

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills

• Solid financial knowledge

• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), various ERP Systems and tax software

• Flexibility and responsiveness to change

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is located in Denver, Colorado, working in-office 1-2 days per week. Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $70K - $80K USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
