We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to focus on our Briostack brand. Briostack is a rapidly scaling SaaS solution servicing the pest control industry as part of EverCommerce’s EverPro vertical. Our solution is purpose built for the needs of pest control companies including CRM, scheduling, route optimization, and billing and collection. Our goal is to build software so good that no one can offer a close substitute, and we are building a world-class team to help us grow/scale our capabilities. Briostack/EverPro is looking for a responsible and motivated employee to join our team in this vital role to ensuring the daily needs of the company are running smoothly.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Managing operational/administrative aspects of company and department meetings and events
Works with vendors, Accounts Payables, and departments to manage payments and procurement processes
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Makes travel arrangements for multiple teams such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years experience in an administrative/operations coordinator position
Excellent administrative, reporting, and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Proven ability managing processes while ensuring a high attention to detail and organization
Analytical thinker with strong aptitude for solving problems
Previous experience with inventory control and tracking
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is based in Lehi, Utah and is seeking someone to work a hybrid schedule. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel for a large industry trade show once per year and potential occasional travel for sales events – 1 to 2 times per year.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $21.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
