We are looking for a North America Revenue Lead to focus on our Fitness Solutions Portfolio. EverWell provides modern end-to-end solutions for fitness and wellness providers. Our flexible, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage members, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 40,000 fitness and wellness providers worldwide and counting.
EverWell is seeking a business leader to take ownership of the strategic direction and results of the North America Fitness market. Reporting to the Head of Global Fitness, the North America Revenue Lead brings energy, vision, and expertise to the organization while driving coordination and execution of global portfolio and day-to-day fitness operations activities. This role will be accountable for driving global revenue and managing profitability to achieve financial targets for our North America Fitness market.
Actively define and drive the market strategy, partner on product vision, and go-to-market for Global fitness solutions that charts a course for ongoing, deep market penetration, vertical expansion, and financial performance while meeting near-term and long-term growth objectives.
Identify and execute organic growth and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with shared services and the EverCommerce Growth Engagement team.
Partial P&L ownership of the Global Fitness portfolio businesses and responsible for achieving operational and financial metrics including revenue, gross profit, ARPU, NRR, CAC: LTV and NPS.
Manage a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new and expansion sales for customers in the North America fitness market.
Focus on providing customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization’s products and services and that will drive sales and increased revenue.
Develops strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction from onboarding through all phases of the customer lifecycle and that promote retention.
Utilize industry trends and marketplace knowledge to develop and execute thought leadership to advance our brand in the market/industry.
Partner with market and functional team leaders responsible for day-to-day business operations, develop/attract world-class talent, and simultaneously create a culture of growth-driven execution across the organization.
Establish, track, and refine KPIs across the business to provide visibility and insight into organizational performance and execution.
Implement strategies and works collaboratively to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Development, Customer Success, and others, to achieve revenue targets and grow demand for the company's products and services.
Develop and manage operating budgets with EverWell leadership and perform periodic reviews to understand progress towards market objectives.
Always represent the company through a success-oriented and professional demeanor
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience driving sales and revenue for leading high-growth, profitable technology, or SaaS companies with fitness and wellness industry expertise preferred.
Understands the demands of a public, growth-oriented company.
Direct experience in driving revenue growth with partial P&L management of over USD 10M and organizational management of 50+ employees, specifically in multi-geography situations
Demonstrated proficiency and aptitude as a data-driven operator who thrives in leading and building insight-focused and action-driven organizations that apply learning with operational agility.
Natural leader adept in building, leading, and inspiring teams.
Sophisticated financial acumen. Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of company employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional business leaders (product management, engineering, sales, operations), to functional employees.
Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions when required.
Self-confidence matched with a willingness to dig-in, collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills (industry event speaking) are essential.
M&A experience is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. This position has ~30 to 40% travel for in-person team meetings, customer engagements, and industry conferences. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $125K to $145K USD per year in most US locations, along with a variable compensation component that can be discussed further. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
