We are looking for a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst to join our People Systems Team. This role will assist with system administration and will be responsible for system configuration, report writing, dashboard configuration, troubleshooting, and will help manage system releases and new functionality within Workday.

In this role you will need the technical ability to understand system requests, have strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and be a collaborator with our stakeholders. You are well organized, are a problem-solver, pro-active, and have some data analytics experience. Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary contact and solution provider for the Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence and Recruiting modules.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Workday platform while providing support to the global HR team as needed.

  • Lead requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality or modules.

  • Document requirements, perform configuration, draft test plans and user acceptance criteria.

  • Leverage Workday capabilities throughout our expanding global enterprise.

  • Deploy new Workday features and functions. Collaborate with our HR team in a journey of providing beautiful continuous implementation, optimization, and adoption.

  • Participate in functional technology audits with internal/external auditors or other stakeholders.

  • Assist COE leaders with the configuration and support of annual HR programs (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Annual Enrollment).

  • Stay up to date with the external technology landscape by participating in Workday Community and other forums to identify new and emerging technologies, as well as opportunities for automation and technology optimization (e.g., RPA, bots, Virtual Agent) to improve overall usability of the system.

  • Performs research into problems, identifying opportunities to correct the situation, and seeks opinions and feedback on suggested solutions. Uses a consultative approach and looks beyond the surface to ensure the solution will fix the problem.

  • Effectively partners with teams such as the People Team, Finance, IT, and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.

  • Participates in bi-annual Workday releases by reviewing release notes, educating end users on new functionality, making recommendations on functionality to deploy, conducting new functionality and regression testing.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of general Workday experience in a dedicated system role.

  • Advanced knowledge (to include formal Workday training completion) of the Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence and Recruiting modules.

  • Advanced ability in building calculated fields, validation rules, business processes and EIB.

  • Advanced level skill in writing and scheduling reports and building dashboards.

  • Basic understanding of security groups and role assignments.

  • Experience supporting HRIS operations in a public company and an understanding of SOX requirements and audit procedures is preferred but not required.

  • Analytical and problem/solving skills and high-level of attention to detail.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 ­in Colorado and most other areas. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
