We are looking for a Corporate Accountant (SEC Reporting) to support EverCommerce’s accounting close process and preparation of SEC filings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing EverCommerce’s SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 8-K and 10-K. Responsibilities include the preparation of footnote disclosures including the tie-out of financial statements.

• Prepare business unit and consolidated fluctuation analysis vs. prior periods and company estimates.

• Prepare monthly close tasks, journal entries and reconciliations.

• Assist local accounting teams in the timely preparation and completion of statutory financial statements and audits.

• Prepare monthly consolidated cash flow statement and contribute to reporting to company finance leaders

• Be a participant in any acquisition integration including aligning processes and conforming them with Company procedures and controls

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• 3-4 + years of accounting experience

• BS/BA degree in Accounting,

• CPA

• Experience using Workiva Wdesk

• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP standards.

• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes including SOX requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, writing and communication skills

• Experience using NetSuite

• Mix of public and private experience

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
