We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our EverHealth Sales Team to focus initially on our iSalus EHR-PM offering with the potential to expand to our larger software deals across the EverHealth portfolio. The EverHealth Sales Team is currently comprised of five different solution segments (DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and Charge Capture powered by MDTech) but the vision is to bring these different teams, processes, and policies together as One EverHealth Sales Team.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice. You possess an executive presence and are comfortable presenting to clients through virtual meetings and in person, always maintaining the utmost professionalism and polish with your presentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and using a consultative selling approach for mid-market/enterprise software sales for U.S. ambulatory practices. You can be based anywhere in the country, working remotely with travel required for large prospect site visits.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities that meet forecasted goals and defined objectives using our CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools
Build a plan for prospecting within defined territory
Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and customer base
Develop and deliver high-quality demos, and customer proposals that effectively communicate our solution and RCM services
Manage inbound sales prospects from first meeting to close while self-generating additional opportunities through outbound efforts
Use CRM Tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) to document, track and report on sales activities, generate quotes, sales orders and contracts, and manage the sales process
Provide client/prospect feedback to our marketing and operations team in a constructive, helpful manner
Coordinate closely with our Implementation and RCM teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers
Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position our solutions and RCM services
Participate in industry events, trade shows, etc. and work with the marketing team to strengthen the organization’s brand
Prepare for and travel for large prospect sales presentations
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
A minimum of 2 years of new business sales experience selling healthcare software with the ability to creatively prospect and hunt net new business ($60k+ ARR deal experience as a minimum preferred)
Experience with nephrology and/or urology is a plus
Ability to create solution-oriented proposals and presentations based on the above analysis
Possess strong technical skills with an ability to quickly learn and understand domain knowledge of our target medical specialties
Comfortable questioning status quo with a physician owner to affect change for the physician owner
Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from start to finish and have consistently attained or exceeded sales targets and quotas
Ability to work autonomously and without daily management oversight
Obsessed with exceeding established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Highly organized & possess strong time management skills
A team player with entrepreneurial spirits - you come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success and demonstrate a real passion to learn and grow within the company
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 USD per year based on US location, with half of that based on (uncapped) commissions. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
