We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will be a key member of our global compensation team that is responsible for administering company-wide compensation. The Compensation Analyst will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades, and participate in compensation surveys as well as provide support for compensation processes such as the annual compensation review cycle, market data survey submissions, benchmarking activities, job leveling, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily compensation requests for global workforce (e.g. benchmark roles and give pay recommendations)
Assist with EverCommerce equity tasks (e.g. RSU vesting, ESPP program, and entering new equity into HRIS)
Assist with annual survey process + bi-annual market analysis starting in 2024
Conduct bi-annual minimum wage audit
Assist with our Annual Compensation Review, which includes Merit, Promotions, Bonus, and Equity processes for global workforce
Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting process
Create bonus plan documents for new hires and job changes
Assist with documenting and updating the compensation handbook/communications
Assist with M&A processes as needed
Partner with other Total Rewards team members and Payroll to assist with questions and ensure data quality and integrity.
May assist in HRIS analytics and processes as needed, and complete ad hoc reporting and data requests.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Two years of experience in HR with an emphasis on compensation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws
Demonstrated analytical skills
Workday experience is a plus
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $67,500 to $78,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
