EverHealth is seeking a commercial-focused business leader to take ownership of the strategic direction and results of the General and Specialty Care markets. Reporting to the EverHealth General Manager, the Market Leader brings energy, vision, and expertise to the organization while driving the execution of initiatives and day-to-day business operations activities. This executive-level role will be accountable for driving revenue and managing profitability to achieve financial targets for the Medical Specialty and Primary Care markets.

  • Actively define and drive the market strategy, partner on product vision, and go-to-market that charts a course for ongoing, deep market penetration, vertical expansion, and financial performance while meeting near-term and long-term growth objectives

  • Identify and execute organic growth and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with shared services and the EverCommerce Growth Engagement team

  • Partial P&L ownership of the Market segment businesses and responsible for achieving operational and financial metrics including revenue, gross profit, ARPU, NRR, CAC: LTV and NPS

  • Focus on providing customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization’s products and services and that will drive sales and increased revenue

  • Develops strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction from onboarding through all phases of the customer lifecycle and that promote retention

  • Utilize industry trends and marketplace knowledge to develop and execute thought leadership to advance our brand in the market/industry

  • Establish, track, and refine KPIs to provide visibility and insight into organizational performance, execution, financial health, day-to-day operations, and overall business performance

  • Manage the team responsible for day-to-day business operations, develop/attract world-class talent, and simultaneously create a culture of growth-driven execution across the organization

  • Implements strategies and works collaboratively to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Development, Customer Success, and others, to achieve revenue targets and grow demand for the company's products and services

  • Develop and manage operating budgets with EverHealth leadership and perform periodic reviews to understand progress towards market objectives

  • Always represent the company through a success-oriented and professional demeanor

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience; MBA a plus

  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience leading high-growth, profitable healthcare technology or SaaS companies

  • Understands the demands of a public, growth-oriented company

  • Direct experience in driving revenue growth with partial P&L management of over USD 10M and organizational management of 50-100 employees, specifically in multi-geography situations

  • Demonstrated proficiency and aptitude as a data-driven operator who thrives in leading and building insight-focused and action-driven organizations that apply learning with operational agility

  • Natural leader adept in building, leading, and inspiring teams

  • Sophisticated financial acumen. Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of company employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional business leaders (product management, engineering, sales, operations), to functional employees

  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions when required

  • Self-confidence matched with a willingness to dig-in, collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills (industry event speaking) are essential

  • M&A experience is a strong plus

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $200,00 - $250,000 USD plus Bonus per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
