Join our dynamic Security and Services team as a Team Lead to lead a talented group of developers and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features to our customers. This role involves close collaboration with the Product team, active participation in agile rituals, and ownership of the entire release process for our microservices.


  • Manage developers and projects to deliver high-quality features promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to groom user stories and manage sprint expectations.
  • Work closely with developers to design, implement, review, and maintain software.
  • Triage support team-identified issues and escalate as needed for swift resolution.
  • Lead and own the entire release process of microservices.
  • Facilitate and participate in all agile rituals to ensure team efficiency and alignment.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team.
